An accountability partner is someone who can help you stay on track toward reaching your goals and creating a life and business by design rather than default. We believe that accountability partners are one of the best ways to help motivate our members to stay focused.

The best way for this program to be effective is to find an accountability partner who is as goal minded as you are and serious about personal growth. You should meet via phone &/or in-person and form an accountability partnership. An effective goal setting partnership meets regularly (i.e. at least once a week and report to each other on your progress toward your goals). During this meeting you let each other know how you did last week and what you plan to commit to the next week. If you are dragging your feet, it is the partner's responsibility to give you a kick and hold your “feet to the fire.”
 
Once you set up an accountability partnership, be sure to give it a time frame like 3 months or less. Otherwise, if there is no end date, you will eventually lose momentum and quit. It is better to commit to a certain time period, and then when it is over you can re-evaluate as to whether or not you want to commit to an extended time frame.
 
Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor:  If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. ~Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 (NIV)
