We had 14 people at this meetup. Thank you to all those who attended and enjoyed sharing and listening to Dr. Ed Rubenstein guiding a beautiful experience and meditation of the Heart.

For more information about REIKI TUMMO WORKSHOPS please go to: www.reikitummo.com. Reiki Tummo Levels 1 and 2 are from 9 AM to 6 PM for both levels. Even Usui Masters must do Level 1 for the attunement in order to open the sushumna for the next day's Kundalini flow.
It's best to do both Level 1 & 2 Workshops together, & then practice the meditations daily with the cd's which are basically 20-40 minutes each.

The Bethesda group practice is open to anyone interested in learning how to channel healing energy and learning about Reiki Tummo. A technique for connecting yourself to the Divine Universal Energy for healing, opening your heart and attaining a higher consciousness. We channel Reiki, Kundalini, Earth and Shing Chi energies. This is an enjoyable practice of opening the spiritual heart while channeling healing energy with a smile :)
