A war bond rally takes place in front of the Capitol Theater in Clearwater 1943. It's decorated with huge mirrors and sparkly chandeliers. The sound quality is good as is the entertainers who perform there. The owner is a wonderful, eccentric man who is more than happy to give you a tour and tell you the history of the theater. It is also home to some of Clearwater's special guests as it is one of the most haunted spots in the Tampa Bay area.
