I was in the room with about 300 delegates last night... fine top class people from all over america. This latest power grab by the RNC and romney camp  was a the straw that broke the camels back , these delegates came from all over the country .  i think all delegates are pretty outraged by the rule changes even the non-ron paul supporters.. Its a horrible power grab  and makes the entire party look bad. I think they would have more support front he ron paul delegates for romney had they not enforced these rules.  we all know ron paul said he was not getting the nomination. The whole point of the delegates was to influence the republican party platform to smaller govt, more personal responsibility, constitutional principles, more transparency and of course including auditing the federal reserve and looking at possibly getting back to the gold standard

The republican party of iowa sponsored the ron paul breakfast today,  Iowa Republicans sent 28 delegates to the convention, 23 of whom support Ron Paul.

Many of the delegates are senators , Governor's and Party leaders of the states.  Everyone please stay up to breast what is happening . This is not just about Ron Paul as some speak this is the future of our country and a restoration process of the party .

The rally was fantastic and the after party for the  delegates was top class all the way and so were the delegates.  This power grab has outraged beyond the ron paul delegation

I posted the above link to the article to avoid an imploding thread in which it was contained.  This way, anyone who can focus on the facts without the personal attacks may do so.

I did not join the Republican Party and write a resolution (that was ultimately approved by the BREC and some seventeen other county RECs) to defeat top-down thuggery in the RPoF so that top-down thuggery can thrive at the RNC.

To be clear, I will vehemently work against Mitt Romney if a rules change occurs as described in the article.

Sincerely,

Frank Zilaitis
