Meet others in your local area to run with. All abilities are welcome. We'll plan several good quality training runs as well as several fun/recovery runs.

I'm open to suggestions for additional routes and times. If anyone would like to be an assistant organizer to host additional runs or events, just let me know. Everyone runs on a different schedule so the more variety we can add to the calendar, the better.
