I did a search for running groups near Issaquah, where I live, on this site.
I am training for my fitness test. I am in the Air Force Reserve and I am required to do a fitness test twice a year. My ultimate running goal is to run 1.5 miles in 15 minutes. I have yet to reach that goal--seem to keep falling closer to 16min.
Not at this time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I do run better when I run with other people.
3 times a week ideally.
