I was looking for a running group in Seattle on meetup and saw this group.
I would like to run longer and faster. Right now I can run about 4 miles and it usually takes me 12 minutes per mile. My goal is to 10 minutes or less per mile. Once I can sustain that speed, I will move my focus into running longer. I am not really training for anything at the moment, I just wanted to set a goal for myself.
I ran about 5 miles so far.
About 12 minutes per mile. I could run 4 miles.
Once or twice a week would be good and I prefer running at PM.
Hi my name is Rony. I started running last fall and I am slowly increasing my distance since then. Now that the weather gotten a bit yucky, I hope to find inspiration within this group to keep me running through the seasons.
