Everything from a 5k up through Ironman triathlons

What is your current per mile pace in minutes and preferred distance to run in miles?

About a 9min mile between 3-6miles

How many times a week would you like to participate in running/walking with the club? Prefer AM or PM run?

1-2 per week morning tend to be best


I am Patti. I am working on getting back into running shape after a 5 year break (to go back to school and had a kid). I am now a Naturopathic doctor and mom, and I am getting back to "full" fitness levels after sitting on my butt through school.
