Walking & Running Group!! Whether you're a beginner looking to improve your physical fitness or you're an experienced runner looking to improve your skills, this is a great way to meet others with the same goals. Curious about running a 5K, 10K, 1/2 or Full Marathon? This is the group for you!!! All speeds and skill levels are welcome. First time runner? There are plenty of people to help you out, myself included!

We will run hill repeats on Highland Creek Parkway sidewalks. We run a mile warmup and then do 4-5 hill repeats then another mile cool down. Its a great workout!!
