This group will train for the Run the Bridge 10 k on Nov 1st. A 12 week program will be given to all members and group runs will be held on Wed pms and Sat ams in center city and Villanova area.

The race starts in Camden, goes over the Ben Franklin Bridge and back! Come, have fun and train with us! We are all Physical therapists. This training program is GREAT for beginners, walkers or anyone wanting some motivation!!

You need to start training on Aug. 15th on your own. To get your training schedule, pick up your training manual --addresses listed on "message board" or download them from the link on the "about" page. You will be also asked to sign a waiver.
