Notice how you always show up for your runs when you’ve committed to running with someone? Interested in finding local runners to log miles with? Want to meet new friends and get healthy at the same time?

Join a group of runners who also want to make new friends, keep each other motivated, run the Emerald Necklace and wear out our sneakers. Runners of all levels and walks of life are welcome!

Right now we have weekly runs scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6am, usually 3-5 miles and Saturdays at 8am and we meet at Stony Brook Station. The weekend runs vary in length, but usually I'll map us a long route which can easily include a shorter route if you're looking for more like 5-6 miles. We also have reoccurring Monday night speed workout.

This is very relaxed and friendly running group. Please email me with specific questions.
