The city of West Sacramento presents its first annual Autumn Doctor Who and Science Fiction convention.
Sharing a love of cosplay, Doctor Who and all things timey-wimey with all of Northern California! Come enjoy our inaugural event with Karaoke, a brand new table-top system, a video room showing continuous sci-fi nerdyness and much more!
$8 at the door, $5 for cosplayers and anyone arriving on public transportation.
This convention is the brainchild of a Vivianne Viggar, and is being arranged in part as part of her CSU Sacramento Recreation degree coursework project, with the help of her classmates and professors, in partnership with SacWho and the City of West Sacramento Dept. of Parks and Recreation.
So attendees and participants are supporting the local cosplay and fandom community, the education of local college students, and a wonderful local community center!
