The purpose of this group is to connect with other percussionists, hand drummers, dancers, and musicians of all levels. The group is going through a reorganization. We recommend that newcomers hold off signing up for awhile to make sure we can handle the requests. Thank you.

Hello all drummers and future drummers!

You are invited to our monthly drum circle at La Placita MX in Midtown Sacramento. We meet on every third Saturday from 11-12:30pm.

We normally learn and play African rhythms on drums such as djembes and dun duns. Drums are provided, however anyone owning a drum/percussive instrument is encouraged to bring them.

We are often joined by the amazing Olivia Yasmin from Fenix Drum and Dance Company! :)
