The South African Expat Club of Southern California (serving every county in Southern CA, with events in San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles) is a private club dedicated to expat South Africans in the United States. Our goal is to unite local expats and provide members with a stable foundation for networking and relationship building. The organizers arrange many fantastic events and activities such as; braais (BBQ's), getaways and tours, restaurant lunches, brunches and dinners, potjiekos cook-offs and other themed parties. The club organizers do all of the booking, scheduling and event planning, for the benefit of the members and their families.  Club members are expected to do nothing more than participate and have a great time!

7.   OUR CLUB is HOSTING A "SOEK HOEKIE". Years ago in South Africa you could advertise in local magazines and newspapers your choice in a partner. Kind of like eHarmony today.  I would like to encourage all singles to participate in our Soek Hoekie page, post your request without giving your name. IF a couple meet through the club and get married, the club will sponsor two roundtrip tickets to South Africa with a Safari HONEYMOON!!!
