Southwestern Sailing & Racing

Southwestern Sailing & Racing (SWSR) is about boat crews from San Diego to Oceanside. All levels of experience are welcome, we want a mix of teachers and learners.

Finding a crew, finding a boat, sharing costs for a charter, or organizing your race crew events, SWSR provides an easy way to get it done. Both captains and crews can communicate here, for both "by invitation only" or "open enrollment" events.

Calling for crew? - Any captain can post here. This allows you to schedule events, make crew selections, contact new crew members, or allow open enrollments that anyone can sign up for. However, as a crew captain, you retain control of who is on your boat.

Looking for a crew spot? - When signing up, please tell us about your sailing skills.

New to Meetup? - This site allows easy interactive communication and event planning. This is easier than multiple phone calls, and works better than group email lists.
