International food night

Hi Katherine,
I can have the Greek/Moroccan dinner at my house August 11th. I have a large grill which we can cook some items on.  Also, have patio seating, platters ..etc.
I would suggest it be a pot luck and BYOB. Their rsvp should include the food item their bringing.  I will do lamb kabobs marinated in lemon and yogurt.  Below are listings of dish suggestions if you want to go ahead with this event. I live in the La Costa area of Carlsbad

Nuts, stuffed dates, olives, figs (platter with small amounts of each)
 
Vegetable Grill (eggplant, varied squash, bell peppers, onion/leeks Tossed with Olive Oil and garlic) We can do the grilling at my house. 
 
Coucous: Can be purchased Trader Joe's, Henry's mix with chopped walnuts/pine nuts and mint
 
Tabuli: TJs mix with lemon, chopped parsley, tomatoes and cucumber
 
Hummus: Made from scratch (preferred) or purchased TJ's.  Pita Bread/Flat bread split and
toasted
 
Chopped Salad: Cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, black dry olives, feta cheese, lemon juice
pepper and olive oil
 
Watermelon, feta, sunflower seeds, black olives
 
Stuffed mushrooms with Spinach and Feta Cheese
 
Fried meatballs
 
Chicken Kabobs
 
Suggestions for the Cooks in the group (the recipe is up to you or use the web Food.com):
Stuffed grape leaves
Cut up chicken with figs and mint
Squid or Shrimp stuffed with Feta and (put on the grill)
Anything wrapped in Filo
Any whole fish (we'll doctor it up when you get here and grill)
Moussaka (casserole)
Hallomi cheese and Fennel Salad
Eggplant baked with cheese and tomatoes (casserole)
any chicken casserole on Food.com that fits in
any dessert that fits in (preferable something you can pick up with your hands)
