So far almost a 100 people, not counting their guests, have already confirmed that they'll be attending its grand opening on January 10, 2012. Come join us and enjoy some great social dancing at the enclosed rooftop of this historical 1920’s brick-built building, with its all-around balcony and its 360-degree views of San Diego’s light-up Skyline. Centrally located across from Balboa Park, on Spruce St btwn 5 & 6 Ave.

1st. Venue open to ages 18 and above

2nd. Doors open @ 6pm

3rd. Music starts at 6:30pm

4th. Free admission before 7pm/ $5 after 7pm

5th. Complimentary Salsa Group Lesson @ 7pm

6th. Strictly social dancing from 8pm till Midnight, so arrive early!

I had a great time! The salsa lesson we got from Juan was high quality.

the night was cool until an old lady accused me of not liking salsa because i said I didn't care for the particular song that was playing.

I liked the place, but the dance floor was not good. Many of us were having trouble moving on it and people said their knees and other parts were hurting. It was sticky and too cushy. Also need a bigger dance floor. This is a portable floor, so preferably a portable wood floor. The time was great for people who have to get up early during the week. It was also a friendly group of people so that was good.
