If you love to read and talk about books, this is the group for you. No assigned reading list -- choose your own book -- and share it with others.
At our monthly meetups we discuss what we're reading and exchange books that we've already read. So plan to bring your extra books and swap them for ones you haven't yet read.
In addition, we go to book sales, movies based on books, and other book-related activities. Sometimes we get together for happy hour, lunch, or dinner and have great conversations about books and authors.
All in all, this is an excellent place for those who love to read to gather and socialize.

Join us at La Taza on December 12 for our monthly swap and gab session! At the November meetup, we discussed what to do for December and everyone agreed that we all have enough parties to go to -- so we decided not plan another one and instead have our meetup as usual.
So take a break from the shopping, baking, partying, or whatever it is you do during the holidays and sit down and talk about books. Read more
