Sweeet news! Santa Clara County Activists for Animals and Silicon Valley Healthy Bytes will be joining efforts for SCCAA's 7th Annual Vegan Bake Sale! This year it will be at Veggie Grill at Westgate in San Jose on Saturday May 14th from 11 am to 4. This is our biggest fun-d raiser! Please start thinking about what you would like to bake to donate. We are striving for, but flexible, a Whole Foods Plant Based list of ingredients (thinking PlantPure Nation) with minimal sugar and oil. But of course, vegan. Taking names of bakers at this time. If you don't want to bake, and since there are so many great staff of life baked options out there, you can buy it at the store and donate that instead! Come for lunch at Veggie Grill and stay for dessert. On top of that we will have the wonderful Kailyr of Kailyr Designs doing very creative face painting. Also live entertainment, featuring original tunes and oldies from Laurie Powell and Rod Sphere! Stay tuned to get the updates over the next few months.
