I was trying to get Josh's slides from talk "Scala Standard Library", where he has been talking on how to build scala, but this page http://scalathon.org/2012/talks... has link to the slides from other Josh's talk - " Scala 2.10". Is it possible to get slides for the first one?
    Thanks

I just posted some hotel options to the logistics page, http://scalathon.org/2012/logis...

We don't have details yet on the block of rooms available at the venue, but we'll have those later this week. There are quite a few hotels in the area, though, so even if you don't get into the Radisson on site, you can be sure you won't be too far away.

I'll be posting some travel options to scalathon.org in the next day or so. There are trains and buses from Philly that'll get you close. I live within 20 minutes of the venue; I'm more than willing to chauffeur a few people from a nearby train station.

Erik: Airplane (seriously). I flew into Brandywine to attend the Philly JUG meeting that Brian sponsored. I've known RMS for 28 years but had never met ESR. Last Friday I flew into PHL to attend a reunion of my middle school, some aerial shots here: http://tinyurl.com/7zalsrn

Yeah, for out-of-town people it's a tough sell. How are you planning to get out there? Rental car?

Looks like an adventure! http://maps.google.com/maps?sad... I'm probably coming in Thursday night, not sure if I'm really up for it.

I'll probably be riding bike to Scalathon from Philly if others are interested (also interested in possibly carpooling).
