Can you confirm that you have read the "About Scottish Hillwalking & Activities Group" section of the website available by clicking on the "Pages" menu option or at http://www.meetup.com/scottish-hillwalkers/about/ ?

yes

Please give some indication of your walking experience, i.e. total beginner, just local hills, Munros (roughly how many), winter experience, scrambling, foreign trips?

Experienced hillwalker (18 years), approx 200 munros completed, including winter experience

Can you indicate your rock climbing experience (if not relevant please put "None") - i.e. how long have you been climbing, how current are you, types of climbing, rough grades and some idea of equipment held.

Used to climb a lot outside in the highlands and also local crags to a lesser extent, but have not climbed outside for several years. Not a lead-climber though, always a seconder. Have been climbing indoors for about 18 years. Not good, only 5+/6A.

What kind of walks/climbs would you like to do?

I'm not too fussy!

Where are your favourite or preferred places for walking/climbing?

Particularly fond of the far north west of Scotland

Introduction

I enjoy getting outdoors as much as possible and love both cycling and walking. Hoping to finish my munros one day!
