1,000 Divers, Local Dive and BBQ

The Bay Area Scuba Lovers Meetup group has hit 1,000 members! To celebrate this event we are going to fall into fall diving with a very special event.

Whether you have dove with us before or are a first timer, you won't want to miss this extravaganza. The 1000 Divers event will be a great chance to connect with old buddies and/or meet some new ones while doing what we do best, dive and eat.

We'll start off with a dive or two at the Breakwater and then move on over to the Marina Dunes campground for some post diving fun.

Fall is generally the best time for diving the California coast and the breakwater is a great place to experience it first hand with chance to see just about anything.

After our dives, we'll head a few miles North to the Marina Dunes campground where we'll have the club house rolling with images and video from some of our past and future dive events as well as some awesome bbq rolling.

As of the posting of this Meetup, there are still some RV and Tent camping spaces available at the campground. Camping may provide options for additional dive opportunities and festivities that are TBD. Everything is first come first serve.
