Tracy understands first and foremost how hard it is to grow your business when you're busy operating and doing the day to day things that take precedence. In this day and age you need to have innovative ideas, and you need to put them into action or you'll get lost in all the clutter. In addition to running her business, Tracy is a professor at MiraCosta College, teaches at 3 adult schools in San Diego county, and is Mommy to her preschooler, Olive.
