About Li Cheng @Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) Li Cheng is now the graduate student studying at BUPT.He has involved in many SDN projects even when he was undergraduate at BUPT. He participated in China Academy of Telecommunication Research of MIIT(CATR)——OTN extension of OpenFlow1.0，Load balancing application.
