SEACC works to empower people and groups for social change. SEACC is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation.

SEACC is a membership organization. However, most SEACC activities are open to the public and non-members at no charge or for a small donation. While signing up on this site is free and will keep you posted of all SEACC activities, the full benefits of SEACC membership accrue to you only after you have completed a membership application and paid the $10.00 annual dues. ($10.50 via PayPal)

If you wish to take full advantage of what SEACC has to offer, then complete the application and mail it (with your dues) to the address on the application. The benefits of annual membership in SEACC are:
1. Use of lending library at the Community Action Center
2. Right to apply for the for-fee use of the Community Action Center for an event (one-time or recurring)
3. Fulfillment of a requirement for participating in Castle Street community Gardens
