"Django Unchained" at Thornton Place CANCELLED

NOTE: Regal Cinemas Thornton Place has cancelled its 6:30 pm Thursday January 10th screening of "Django Unchained."

Rather than seek bloody vengeance and retribution, a new meetup has been scheduled at the Uptown for Sunday, January 13, at 5 pm. Please join us if you can at the new time and location. Hope to see you there.

Thornton Place theater will not be showing "Django Unchained" tonight at 6:40 pm as originally announced... prompting the cancellation of our meetup there. Sorry about the confusion this has caused.

A new "Django Unchained" meetup has been scheduled for Sunday, January 13 ; a 5pm screening at SIFF's Uptown Theater in lower Queen Anne. You'll find specifics at http://www.meetup.com/seattle-cinema-club/events/98932272/. Hope you can join us then.

For those of you who would still like to see "Django Unchained" tonight (sans meetup), it will be screening downtown at the Meridian, at the Varsity in the U District, at Thornton Place at Northgate (though not at 6:40 pm), at the Alderwood Mall AMC, at the Cinebarre in Mountlake Terrace, at Lincoln Square in Bellevue, and other area theaters. I recommend checking (and perhaps re-checking) Fandango.com for scheduled showtimes. (Thanks for the suggestion, Peter Tolfree).

Unless they've cleared the theater for us, it looks like the 6:30 showing has been removed from Thornton Place's schedule for today.

Jason, thanks so much for the heads-up. Averting disaster is always a good thing! We'll reschedule.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
