The Seattle Plein Air Meetup Group brings artists together who thrive on the immediate and real experience of creating art in the world!

Events and gatherings are not always outside; some are sheltered or indoors, or include a "rain stage" to accommodate our Northwest weather. Artists at all skill and experience levels are welcome. Group meetups are casual and informal, focused on actual artmaking in the real world! The calendar of events varies and we encourage use of public transit when possible.

Membership in this meetup group is currently free. In the past nominal dues were requested to help the former organizer defray website costs, and a recoupment system may be reinstituted at some point.
