Filing a criminal charge against the US Supreme Court

What everyone keeps missing is that the US Supreme Court had a duty to over-rule the resolution and law authorizing the President to use force against the terrorist who did 9/11, anywhere and with no end date. This was not a WAR, not withstanding Congress can declare war. War is only against an incumbent government’s army or more than one nation’s armies and ends with a surrender and peace treaty.

The US Supreme Court should have ruled this resolution unconstitutional and should issued an issued an injunction stopping the use of force against alleged terrorists, aka Al Qaeda. They also failed to issue an injunction against the invasion of Iraq because there was no UN Resolution authorizing that action by the US, given that US Treaties are also US laws.

I have sent an email to the Office of the US Supreme Court filing charges against all the US Supreme Court Justices for the crime of accessory after the fact to the following crimes, now that we know that the US Justice Department and the FBI have covered up crimes associated with the mass murder on 9/11.

WHEREAS 1,881 architects and engineers and several hundred other scientists are saying that the World Trade Center buildings collapsed due to a controlled demolition by explosives. Therefore they are also saying our US Justice Department and FBI are covering up this crime.

And WHEREAS there are at least
102 probable cause reasons to demand a new Congressional Investigation
parts one to four

WHEREAS US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), Rep. Jane Harman (D-Calif.) and Sens. Bob Graham (D-Fla.), Sen. John D. Rockefeller IV (D-W.Va.), Rep. Porter J. Goss (R-Fla.) and Sen. Pat Roberts (R-Kan) were briefed from 2002 to 2003 in about 30 private briefings, about the planned use of cruel, unusual and inhuman treatment, to include water-boarding, by former President George W. Bush and his subordinates,

And WHEREAS these Congress people had a Constitutional and legal duty to go public about the planned or on-g0ing use of torture, ghost prisoners, secret jails, and kidnapping and rendition to proxy nations that torture, (all war crimes), not withstanding that these activities were classified.

Therefore the US Justice Department and the FBI have failed to prosecute or are covering up this alleged crime, conspiracy to do war crimes.

And WHEREAS The Bush Administration is alleged to have committed some 269 War Crimes

Therefore the US Justice Department and the FBI have failed to prosecute or are covering up these alleged war crimes of Bush et al.

The US Supreme Court has a duty to insure we continue to have liberty and JUSTICE for all and as of now they are accessories after the fact to the above crimes.

All the judges, public officials, and political Party candidates are COWARDs for not prosecuting Bush et. al. for war crimes.

check out my online book - a work in progress:
