It's not that I don't want to read your stuff, it's that I need to write my own first.
This group is for writers who are Not looking to share their work or join a class, but who simply want to write.
Get out of the house and Do It. No procrastinating, no distractions.
Just show up and do your thing. Polish that short story. Start a poem. Write a novel. Flash fiction. Blog. Start a screenplay. Crank some technical writing. Freelance. Do your dissertation. You'll get at least an hour done, maybe two if you're so inclined.
Stay or leave whenever you want. . .
And if people are into it, show up early to chat.

Rock out across from REI and downstairs in this South Lake Union neighborhood coffeehouse. Snacks are great, atmosphere's eclectic, and street parking is free after 6 p.m. and usually available (if not, the REI garage is $2).
