Announcing a new event for Treasure Tarot Meetup!

What: "Intermediate Tarot Class" starts

When: Wednesday, February 20, 7:00 PM

Event fee: USD338.00 per person

Where: Click the link below to find out!

Event Description: Hi all :)
I will be teaching Beginning & Intermediate Tarot classes this quarter. These are separate from the regular Meetups and are open to the public. The classes are a comfortable, yet structured environment, as we will follow a carefully planned curriculum and have lots to cover! In the Intermediate Class, you will advance your card-reading skills, learning how to build stories and move smoothly through spreads. You will build your own customized spreads, develop your personal style and learn what to do if you get "stuck". You will also be able to incorporate wisdom from other systems that correspond to Tarot. Please read below for more details.

Intermediate Tarot is a 6-week class held quarterly at WhiteStar Center for Awake Living.

Winter Quarter 2008: February 20 - March 26, Wednesday evenings 7-9:30, $300.00 + materials cost

Week 1: Working with Spreads I
Review of elements of the Tarot system
Approaching the deck and asking useful questions

Week 2: Working with Spreads II
Building spreads specific to an issue
Responding to the needs of the moment

Week 3: Building the Story
Beginning, middle, and end of a reading
Exploring relationships between cards

Week 4: Cycles and Inversions in Tarot

Week 5: Related Systems & Symbols: Numerology, Kabbalah, and Native American Wisdom

Week 6: Creative Activities to Deepen Your Learning for Life

Each class includes lecture, discussion, and practice reading the cards. All students receive a journal in which to record their insights and discoveries, and the Tarot of the Spirit deck and book. I use the this deck because it is very balanced, and complex enough to be engaging to beginning and experienced readers alike. You are free to bring and work with your own deck, but I do ask students to read from Tarot of the Spirit to prepare for class.

For more information, visit the website: You can RSVP and pay for this class here on, or call or email me directly.
Thanks everyone! Hope to see you there!
