Living in ashrams in India and the USA, I study philosophy and bhakti yoga practices. I am certified to teach vinyasa and power vinyasa yoga, as well as to perform reiki healing. My birth name is Jane, but Jenya is a name given to me by a teacher in my lineage of bhakti yoga. It means 'having a noble origin, genuine, or true,' so I strive to teach in a way that promotes introspection and integrity.
Cultivating a balance of multidimensional experiences that integrate the rational and mystical realms of reality. In my own life I find physical expression through vinyasa yoga, emotional release when singing or creating visual art, and intellectual fulfillment by studying Vedic philosophy and comparative religion.
Hi, I'm Jenya. I'm brand new to Atlanta and excited to be teaching yoga classes and workshops at the Self-Dicovery Center!
