When I had started with this meetup, it was hard to imagine how things would change so much and I never imagined a pandemic and meetups and even my own business and clients. We're all still here though and the SEO meetup group is still here. The light seems especially bright now that summer's arrived -- you'll often find me with my sunglasses on sitting out on some pub patio drinking something ice-cold from an actual glass instead of holding up my hand on a Zoom call, all while trying not to get sunburned!

The Portland SEO Meetup is about sharing the best, most current information about what works in search marketing. As we are not able to meet in-person at this time, we will be meeting virtually, once a month, for the time being. We will discuss a varied array of topics, from web design to content, all through the lense of SEO. Take the mystery out of Google rankings and gain insight into what's working right now.
This group was originally started by Josh Fairhurst and Travis Causey. Today, is still being organized and we discuss a wide range of topics. As this group continues to evolve, we will focus on an ever-widening field of interests, without diluting what makes this group unique. We'll cover platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and all other forms of social media marketing. We also discuss burgeoning subjects like automation, content and neural marketing, experiential branding, and the tools required for such endeavors.
We want to help you create the results you dream of. We also want to sit down as neighbors and colleagues and share stories of success and failure, to share in the common bonds of our varied professions. If you have any interest in the topics we cover or just want to learn more, I urge you to attend our next meeting.
