Varnish - How to cache your dynamic pages

Every website has dynamic data and is frequently updated, but how dynamic really is your site? How can you do a full html cache of your page while still letting it be dynamic? We'll be doing a deep dive into Varnish caching (https://www.varnish-cache.org/), customizing your VCL and other tricks that make your site faster than ever!
