Symfony User Group Zürich

Dear Symfonians

The next Symfony UserGroup Zürich is comming on the 19. Dez. 2012.
Lukas and David will speak about the CMF Project.

This is the mission statement of the Symfony CMF initiative:
"The Symfony CMF project makes it easier for developers to add CMS functionality to applications built with the Symfony2 PHP framework. Key development principles for the provided set of bundles are scalability, usability, documentation and testing."

Most projects have some content management needs even if sometimes its just to maintain a few pages like the about and contact pages. In other projects the main focus revolves around content management. As stated above the goal is to provide common infrastructure for providing CMS capabilities to any Symfony2 project. In this talk we will introduce the initiative and how to leverage the different pieces in your Symfony2 projects.

Your host will be again iBROWS GmbH @ Wollishofen, Switzerland
