Room rental with another yorkie?

Hello Yorkie Lovers!
My human dad (Ryan) and I need to rent a furnished room for about a month or two (or longer if all works out) in San Francisco for Ryan's job which had him transferred. I'm three-year-old male yorkie who is house broken and professionally trained. I'm looking for another yorkie to lay in sun with and be lazy.
 
Our previous rental did not workout as because the owner had a family emergency and we were left without a place. Here is a little information about us:
 
Ryan (my human dad):
26 year old professional, responsible, & educated male who works in information security.
 
Me (Bailey):
I'm house broken and behave very well around other dogs & people. Current on all of my shots, and love life. Very happy go-lucky! :)
