I am working on a research report and would appreciate if you can help me find some answers to these questions :
1. Are you a small / medium sized business ? If yes, then do you use any CRM based product (any product) that helps you with managing your clients / processes / distribution etc. If you have been using a product, could you tell me how has it helped you in your business and how do you forsee an expansion ?
2. If you do use a CRM product, have you found a product that does everything you need off the shelf or have had to do customizations. ?
3. If you dont use a CRM tool at all, then do you think you might want to automate under a CRM tool in the future that may increase your productivity and improve information flow within your company ?
4. What plans have you made to increase your business efficiency for a better reach and management of your clients, client aquisition and you core business functions ?
