Follow the link below to RSVP On June 21 at 5:16 pm the Earth's north-south axis will be tilted 23.5 degrees relative to the sun -- closer to the sun than on any other day of 2011 -- making this day the one with the most daytime hours. (The opposite is true in the Southern Hemisphere).
