Welcome ,

My name is Julie Soderblom. I am a holistic health educator and a business women I have been passionate about prevention for many years .Starting with my well known (10 Week's To Health & Wellness Program ) out of my first health center (North Reading Wellness Center ) 12 years ago.

My passion soon became a mission as I began to see more and more young adults with chronic degenerative diseases coming into the center for help and eventually the reality hit home when my own family had a crisis.

I formed this meet-up group to continue my mission of educating families in good nutrition and family lifestyles habits.

I have trained under well know Chef Alissa Cohen and at the Ekaya Institute for Living Food. And most recently I trained and certified with well known pediatrician Dr. William Sear's creator of the L.E.A.N Start Program which is designed to teach parents and young children healthy lifestyle habits in an easy to understand format.

In addition to my work as a Holistic Educator I have decided to give back to the community through Simply Rawkin our knewly formed non-profit educational group.

"Simply Rawkin is a brand-new non-profit group whose mission is to
organize, educate, and encourage families to create and sustain a
healthy lifestyle and healthy nutritional habits".

"Through education, we help families create health and wellness."

Obesity has become an epidemic in this country. And our children are getting sicker and sicker with degenerative diseases at very young ages. It doesn't have to be like this. By making simple dietary changes families can reduce health care costs significantly.

I know that many of you will reach your goal of transitioning into a healthier whole food or living on live food lifestyle with a little guidance so that you can and WILL be successful.

What are the Benefits of eating a whole food diet?
Proponents of the whole food - raw food diet believe it has numerous health benefits, including:

Increased energy
Improved skin appearance
Better digestion
Weight loss
Reduced risk of heart disease
