4th of July BQ and Fireworks

Update--- I have moved the time back to 5pm as we have a better chance of the rain being cleared off by then as at that point the chance of rain dips to 30% and I am generally pretty good over here it will be raining somewhere else and not here LOL again please take your name off if your plans changed so someone else on wait list can come. note this party is rain or shine, if anyone has a portable canopy to bring please do so

I thought I'd do my usual 4th of July BBQ this year at my house and we can walk down to the bay and see all the fireworks too.

Party will start at 4pm, we can eat, and party and then about 8:30 or so head down towards the bay (its about 4 blocks) to claim some spots on the beach to see the fireworks. From here we can see about 2 dozen towns including NYC, Coney Island, Meadowland s, up and down the Jersey side and more. So perhaps you are spending the earlier part of the day on the beach or with family but be sure to pop in here to celebrate with us too! Its BYOB and please bring something to share from the list below.

Needed:

deviled eggs, shrimp , sangria, BBQ chicken , pre-made sandwiches, spinach dip

no more salads or desserts please we always have too much

Also bring a chair as I only have so many, if anyone has a folding table that would be great and if the weather's iffy if you have a dining canopy that would help too
