What we’re about
The King of Prussia Skiing, Sports & Social Meetup Group is your gateway to the King of Prussia Ski Club (KOPSC). Meetup Members get notifications of Friday Happy Hours and monthly KOPSC meetings (Sept - April). By attending these free events, you can meet other skiing and outdoor enthusiasts who may already be members of KOPSC. For more info, visit the KOPSC website: http://www.kopsc.com/
King of Prussia Ski Club (KOPSC) is a highly active skiing, social and recreational club for adults 21 and over, established in 1964. We have over 500 members from all over the Philadelphia area. Our year-around calendar of activities includes skiing, hiking, kayaking, cycling, tennis and Friday Happy Hours. We have ski trips to local areas and major ski destinations like Telluride, Crested Butte, Snowbird, Whitefish-Fernie, Quebec City, Stowe, Sugarbush, and Lake Placid. Many KOPSC activities are open to non-members as well as members.
KOPSC membership costs $35/year and entitles you to monthly newsletters, access to register for ski trips, notification of last-minute events, and member discounts. SPECIAL $5 DISCOUNT on KOPSC MEMBERSHIP if you mention you were referred by Meetup: http://www.kopsc.com/online_registration.ht... More general info: visit: http://www.kopsc.com/.
NOTE: joining the Meetup group gets you into a flow of information about club events, many of which are free to attend, BUT IT DOES NOT provide you with a full membership. Full membership is necessary for overnight trips such as a weekend or week-long ski trip. Club dues help to pay for our monthly meeting space at the Jeffersonville Golf Club.
