Small Dog Playgroup Central CT Area

The purpose of this group is for people with small dogs in the Central Ct Area to be able to meet up and let their dogs play. This is a social dog group. We will meet once a month at the Middlefield Dog Park.

Looking to find a good place to meet in the very cold winter months but as of now, outside is still wonderful. Information can be found about the Middlefield Dog Park in the link available.

I have been there twice now, it is a beautiful place, in the woods and has benches to sit on. There is a small dog area and a big dog area, so there is no need to worry about your dog interacting with big dogs unless you want them to.

"To get there from Rte 66 (691), turn onto Rte 147 south at Guida's Restaurant. One mile on 147 make a right onto Lake Road at the Lakeside Market (gas station). Lake road turns into Algonquin Road as you start to climb the hill...."
