Nicholas, do you guys have greenhopper as well. Greenhopper + jira gives you a view representation of issues and sub issues.

We use JIRA at work, but honestly I don't love it. What I want is a tree-type interface showing me a prioritized list of tasks, where each task is associated with other tasks in order to show which tasks block (necessarily precede) other tasks. JIRA has a few ways of visualizing worklists, but they all leave something to be desired.
