As companies struggle to keep up with the market, the stress of the complexity to deliver internal and external facing capabilities and products has never been greater. In this session we discuss the critical nature of the language of testing as a key enabler for business agility. We will walk through traditional testing’s language and re-frame that language for agility.


About the Speaker...

Devin Hedge brings almost two decades of experience working in the IT Industry in his role as an Executive Coach, Organizational Agility Consultant and Lean Product Development specialist. He has been Managing Software Development, Enterprise Engineering and Program Performance Management projects of various sizes for the last 10+ years and has been practicing some form of the Agile/Scrum principles and practices for the past 17 years. Most recently Devin has worked bringing Lean Product Development/Lean Startup in the Enterprise, Organizational Agility in Product Strategy and Agile practices and principles to various Fortune 500 corporations and various Federal Government Agencies. He’s currently the Managing Member of AdaptFast, LLC (formerly ResultLinq Associates, LLC).Devin is an active member of the Agile community, mentoring professionals from the server room to the board room through various professional organizations and Agile Community functions.

He is a former Army Officer. His industry experience includes Healthcare, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Internet Startups, Media, and Federal Govt. Agencies.
