TISQA Fish Bowl Presentation on - Testing Challenges in RTP – Shared Stories, Shared Ideas, and Shared Solutions
A fish bowl is a collaborative meeting where there are 4 chairs in the center of a larger circle of chairs. The four chairs are in the "fish bowl" of the discussion.
The way it works is that a conversation is struck up in the fish bowl. If someone in the audience wants to offer a challenge story, potential answer or approach, simply respond to someone else's ideas, etc. to the discussion, they need to wait until someone in the fish bowl leaves their chair. Then they join the fish bowl and can offer their advice.
So there is a rotation of folks in & out of the fish bowl as the discussions unfold.
The format is intended to foster interaction and ideas. It can be quite fun, as long as the group gets engaged and interacts—so bring your challenges and ideas! Bob Galen will be facilitating the fish bowl.
