In this class we will clear & balance and ground our energy. This is very helpful for centering, calming, balancing our internal self, body and experience which often is then reflected and seen in our external experiences in the world. Balancing & grounding your energy can assist you in gaining relief from mental and physical challenges as well.

We will be focusing on the Solar Plexus in this meeting and focus on elevating this energy center. We will also use the touch toning tuning forks to self balance the Sacral Chakra to culminate the energy work.

The Chakra Meditation will be the focus of the class and the method of balancing and grounding. The chakra meditation is deeply relaxing and opens, clears and balances the chakra energy centers. This mediation also grounds your energy and connects you to the Divine.
