Well, S3, this section of the bylaw is highly ambiguous in its language, yet also carefully worded, and the most interesting part of the entire document.  Seriously, what sorts of punishments do people imagine will be needed, and I wonder, what laws do members think most likely or most possible to be violated? 

 "Any member found to be in violation of the bylaws of the S3 shall be punished in a manner as determined by the membership. Affected members shall be allowed to appeal the decision, at which point the Executive Council shall provide a final ruling."
