NOTE ONE: There is no cost to attend this meetup. All of the equipment and instruction is provided free of charge. Please bring a swimsuit, towels and flip flops (optional). If you have any of your own: fins, mask, snorkel or wetsuit, you are welcome to use them.
NOTE TWO: You must join "The Southern Connecticut Scuba Meetup Group" to sign up for this event. There are 14 slots available. Registration closes at 5:00 PM on April 21, 2011.
If you have ever wanted to try SCUBA diving, this is the meetup for you. This meetup provides all the gear you need and you will dive in a four (4) foot deep lap pool. If you get scared, stand up and you are safe.
There are three time slots: 9:00 AM | 10:00 AM | 11:00 AM. Pick one time slot and let them know.
You can park in the back of the YMCA, but you will want to come around to the front to sign in, fill out necessary release forms, etc.
