This is a local group of Mom's and little ones that meet weekdays to find friendship, support and a great workout! Stroller Strides is the nation's leading workout designed for Mom and Baby. In 60 minutes we complete a full body workout while interacting with our babies in the stroller! Our group focuses on living a healthy lifestyle and having fun. Meeting each morning will help you start your day in a positive way. Come and check us out, your first class is free!

This is such a positive program that is so much fun for both Mom and Baby. We have weekly playgroups for the kids and monthly Mom's night out for us! Our weekly play groups are free always for anyone to attend as well as our monthly mom's night out events!

This is the group to meet friendly local moms to talk about your kids and have fun! All moms are welcome!

We meet for morning workouts at Thornton A Sullivan Park on Silver Lake in the summer months and at Everett Mall in winter months and on inclement weather days.
