Various forms of business operation (Company/ Partnership firm/ LLP etc.,) Different options of raising funds based on the form of business chosen. Important documents to be maintained, and data to be maintained and way of maintaining them (including the finance management and relevant worksheets to be maintained) Various registrations required under different tax collecting authorities. Given a situation, Finance management. Any other specifics that may be requested like trade name etc.,
