Topic | Lean Startup Basics
"Lean Startup" is more than just a buzzword. It's a philosophy that provides entrepreneurs - existing and aspiring with methodologies and processes to minimize failure and increase the odds of success in starting a company. The premise of the concept is to validate the riskiest parts of your business from the start with market research and testing, allowing entrepreneurs the opportunity to tune their concepts and validate their business model. Join us on May 28th when Chris Hashley will talk about the basics of Lean Startup principles and how you can apply them to your business.
Your Instructor | Chris Hashley
I have a passion for finding where technology and process can be correctly utilized to solve business problems and provide value. My company consults on software development. Many of the Start Garden ideas involve the potential need for websites, mobile apps, or ecommerce -- and we have done all of them. So, my goal for working Advisor Hours is to learn about your idea and for you to hopefully learn from my past experiences -- both the good and the bad. If you walk away with one actionable piece of information, it makes my day.
